We understand how critical quick response and fast repair is because downtime is frustrating and downtime costs you money! Whatever the issue, we can help. Medna service technicians can fix all makes and models from older analog systems to the most current digital x-ray systems. X-ray service is billed hourly, with a minimum one-hour charge per visit. Other cost associated with x-ray diagnostic and repair service includes any required parts and travel.

In most cases, the problem can be identified within the first hour and the issue can be resolved on the spot. If we have a good idea of what is likely causing your issue, we’ll bring parts with us (if available) so we can fix your problem and get you back up and running ASAP.
The availability of parts is not guaranteed – however, we carry a large number of new and used parts for a variety of x-ray systems. Depending on the model and manufacture date of your x-ray, new and/or used parts may or may not be available.

On-Site & Remote X-Ray Technical Support

We guarantee the availability of technical support on a long-term basis for all X-Ray Equipment featured on this site.
Both digital retro-fit and complete x-ray system solutions include on-site and remote technical support.
As a local dealer, we do not charge extra to provide our clients with support after-hours or over the weekend. Please note we are closed for all major Canadian holidays. While we guarantee your call will be returned ASAP, response times after hours or over the weekend may vary.
